Our client is looking for an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber who thrives on solving problems, thinking independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. This isn't an installation role, it's a service position for someone who enjoys diagnosing issues, tackling complex repairs, and being the technician clients trust to get the job done right the first time.You'll work across a variety of commercial and institutional facilities, troubleshooting plumbing and hydronic systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to service calls with professionalism and urgency. and hydronic heating systemsRespond to emergency service calls and participate in a rotating on-call scheduleCommunicate professionally with customers, providing clear updates and practical solutionsEstimate materials required for repairs and coordinate purchasing in accordance with company proceduresComplete service reports, work orders, and documentation accurately and on timeMaintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment while adhering to all company and OH&S; standardsRepresent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude on every service callRequired Qualifications:Journeyman Plumber Certificate requiredProven experience servicing commercial plumbing and mechanical systemsStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with plumbing, boilers, pumps, hydronic heating systems, and related mechanical equipmentAbility to confidently work independently, prioritize service calls, and manage multiple tasks throughout the dayStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a professional mannerAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical manualsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailValid Class 5 Driver's License, clean driving abstract, and the ability to travel to customer sites and participate in an on-call rotationPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working in confined spaces, and performing the physical demands of the roleBonus Points For:Cross-trade mechanical experience with HVAC or gas fittingRed Seal CertificationRight People.
