This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic Corporate Quality team.We are currently offering a Student Mandate asCorporate Quality Supportfor the summer. This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday based in our Oakville, Ontario office. The Corporate Quality Support shall assist the Quality team in managing quality initiatives and documentation requirements from our suppliers to meet/fulfil the needs of our customers.Responsibilities:Supports Quadra’s mission, vision, and valuesAssist the documentation team in supplier out‑reach, managing/monitoring emails as requiredAssist in TraceGains project with regards to document maintenance as neededAssist in formalizing internal procedures, tools,



tracking lists and others as needed to cover all groups within Corporate QualityAssist Compliance / Complaints / COA group as needed in day to day or specific project tasksSupport in resolving documentation issues as requiredFollow all standard procedures including safetyAttend and participate in internal training to get familiarised with internal QA processes and proceduresAttend meetings as requiredComplete other assigned duties as requiredJob Requirements:College/ University Degree (Food Science preferred) – Must be actively enrolled in programKnowledge in computerized systemsSome knowledge of food regulations and other standards an assetAbility to problem solve, multi‑task and set priorities while working independently in a high‑performance team cultureGood oral/written and interpersonal skills to interact with co‑workers and customersExcellent time management skills along with the ability to prioritize and manage completion of multiple tasks/projectsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking Relationships:Working relationship with all members of all the groups within Corporate Quality teamsWorking Conditions:Office and Food warehouse facilityMust wear company supplied uniform and PPE as needed if exploring warehouse facilityQuadra supports and values diversity and offers equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status and gender identity.
