Ideal candidates possess three years of experience in project coordination and group monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze community needs with relevant groups
• Design, coordinate, and update community organization programs
• Act as a resource person for various community groups




• Facilitate discussions at community concertation tables
• Promote family-based community services in vulnerable contexts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in social work, psychoeducation, or psychology
• Three years of experience in group monitoring and project coordination
• Knowledge of social/health issues in Eeyou Istchee
• Fluent in Cree and English; French is an asset
