Lead IT Operations at Black Diamond Group in Calgary, AB. We're seeking a hands-on manager to oversee IT security, Microsoft 365, and end-user support.

In this in-office role, you will manage day-to-day IT operations and cybersecurity strategies. The Manager of IT Operations & Security will ensure productive service delivery, improve processes, and adopt AI tools for enhanced productivity. You’ll also be responsible for vendor management, software licensing, and user training, ensuring the technology supports our unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IT Operations, Support, Security & Technology functions
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services and cybersecurity practices
• Manage IT service delivery and support processes




• Drive AI adoption focusing on productivity and governance
• Develop IT policies and maintain operational documentation

Requirements:
• 10+ years in IT, with a focus on operations and cybersecurity
• 5+ years of leadership experience in IT
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity controls
• Practical experience with AI productivity tools
• Excellent communication skills, technical and non-technical
