Vinted is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to enhance our Global Employment Legal Team. With a robust focus on French employment law, you will independently manage high-risk disputes and collaborate across departments to influence business decisions. Engage with authorities on sensitive matters while advising stakeholders in a fast-growing and multi-jurisdictional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert legal guidance on complex employment matters
• Manage high-risk employment litigation and disputes
• Oversee interactions with labor authorities and investigations




• Lead cross-functional projects including restructurings
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts and policies

Requirements:
• 7+ years in employment law, in-house or private practice
• Expertise in French employment law required
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish or German a plus
