Human Resources Generalist (Toronto/Etobicoke) Responsibilities Provide full cycle recruitment, from job description to final offer – ensuring we attract and recruit current members that will add to our culture and business success Promotea safe and healthy workplace, participating in JHSCs, workplace inspections, managing safety training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Manage onboarding experience, collaborating with other managers and supervisors to ensure successful and positive onboarding experiences Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and easy access to users, ensuring full and complete document management Work closely with managersand employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation Work collaboratively in maintaining and driving a people focused company, striving for excellence, inclusion, and diversity. The salary will reflect your experience, skills and perspective you bring to the role.
