colleagues and physiciansCompletion of Paediatric Assessment courseRecent Paediatric experienceRecent Paediatric Surgical experience preferredCurrent IV Certification and demonstrated competency in initiation and maintenance of paediatric IV’sCurrent Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP)Current Paediatric Advanced Live Support (PALS)Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and familiesKnowledge and understanding of best practices and standards of practice for paediatric nursingRecent Special Care Nursery experience, at a level 2 or greater hospital, including the ability to care for an at risk neonateExperience receiving/resuscitating infants at high risk deliveriesNeonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP)C-PAP experienceSTABLE certificationACoRN preferredDemonstrated ability in caring for the mother/baby dyadDemonstrated neonatal assessment skillsLevel 1 WHO breastfeeding course or 18-hour equivalent courseLevel 2 breastfeeding course an asset Demonstrated commitment to best practice, nursing standards and life-long learningReady to Make a Difference?This job posting is for a vacancy currently available.
