In this pivotal role, you will report to the Shift Team Lead and be integral to the Refinery Operations team. Ideal candidates have a strong background in refining/upgrading heavy oil and understand unit functionality. Your expertise will help maintain protected operations and improve system reliability, contributing to the overall success of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate refinery process units safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot plant issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain shift operating logs for accurate handover




• Perform daily operational routines and equipment maintenance
• Respond to emergencies as part of the on-shift response team

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in refining/upgrading operations
• 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate required
• Control Room experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies
