Step into a specialized position as a Medical Device Extrusion Process Engineer, focusing on precision polymer extrusion and medical tubing. This role offers the chance to optimize and validate critical extrusion processes in a regulated setting.

We are looking for an experienced process engineer with at least five years in precision extrusion within a medical device manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting extrusion processes for high-precision medical tubing, employing your expertise in multi-lumen, taper tubing, and co-extrusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement extrusion processes for medical device tubing
• Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of extrusion equipment




• Troubleshoot tooling and processing parameters to reduce defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for production and R&D;
• Maintain detailed documentation, including process and validation records

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of precision extrusion experience
• Expertise in extrusion of medical-grade products
• Knowledge of polymer materials like Pebax and Nylon
• Proficient in IQ/OQ/PQ process validations
