The ideal candidate will be part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, employing an Individual Placement and Support Model to assist those with severe mental illnesses and substance use disorders. You will help clients establish educational and employment goals, explore job training opportunities, and provide essential life skills training to enhance their job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with clients and their networks
• Support clients in achieving employment and educational goals
• Facilitate job training and volunteer opportunities
• Provide resume writing and job search assistance
• Collaborate with Vocational Counsellor on employer outreach

Requirements:
• Community Social Service Diploma or equivalent
• Two years' experience in job coaching and development
• Valid B.C. driver’s license
