We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician II at Whitehorse General Hospital, beginning August 24, 2026. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in manufacturing sterile products, intravenous solutions, and chemotherapy drugs. Your responsibilities will include order entry, measuring, compounding, and organizing medications, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with the Pharmacy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and package sterile products and chemotherapy drugs
• Perform accurate order entry and medication distribution




• Organize and maintain dispensary inventory
• Assist with purchasing and receiving procedures
• Make decisions on quantities for compounding and stocking

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma and pharmacy technician certification
• 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• National certification from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Meditech
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
