Become a vital part of our production team as a Screen Printer. This role demands precision in setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality finished goods across orders.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Production, this role centers on coordinating orders and ensuring all materials and equipment are up to standard. You will be responsible for training printers, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety practices. Your technical abilities and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and verify material availability for orders
• Set up and maintain screen printing equipment
• Train and manage printers on shift procedures




• Resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously
• Collaborate with other departments for quality assurance

Requirements:
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long shifts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current Criminal Record Check required
• Experience in press-transfers is a plus
