The Health Centre seeks a dedicated Family Physician, either part time or full-time, to support primary care for complex clients. You will perform assessments, provide consultations, and contribute to medical documentation and protocols. Collaboration with Nurse Practitioners is essential, enhancing client care while addressing health inequities in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnosis and treatment according to medical standards
• Provide consultations to Nurse Practitioners as needed
• Contribute to chart documentation and case reviews




• Develop and evaluate health promotion initiatives
• Participate in on-call service and evening/weekend shifts

Requirements:
• Medical degree and CFPC Certification required
• General license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Experience with vulnerable populations and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficient in electronic medical records systems
• Strong communication skills in English
