Ensure safe drug therapy as a Clinical Pharmacist at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre with Nova Scotia Health. This role involves supervising pharmacy staff and offering direct patient care.

You will report to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services in this permanent, full time position. Your expertise in drug therapy will be vital as you oversee distribution systems, provide medication reconciliation, and participate in medical rounds. Clinical services include patient counseling and therapeutic recommendations based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff in daily operations
• Participate in medical rounds and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Provide medication reconciliation and patient drug education




• Make therapeutic recommendations to ensure safe drug use
• Mentor Pharmacy Students and assist with their training

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Completion of a Pharmacy Residency Program preferred
• Minimum two years experience in clinical pharmacy
• Eligible for registration with Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator
• BLS certification required
