Job Overview:COMPANY PROFILEPrimoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.SUMMARYThe QA/QC Coordinator will be responsible for performing duties to support the quality department, including reporting, filing, record keeping, and more.Start Date: August 2026Location: Acheson/Edmonton Fab ShopJOB DUTIESAssist QA/QC team in maintaining job filesCompile reports from internal quality management systemEnsure inspection documentation is completed within designated timelineFacilitate the timely compilation of turnover packages in order to meet Client-specified scheduleInput quality data into databaseMonitor statistical data and assist the QC Inspectors in maintaining project NDE percentage and test requirements.Assist in the generation of NDE Requests and coordinate with NDE service provider in arranging NDE ServicesAssist in the maintenance of Welder qualification database and test/retest schedules.Compile and archive documentationFile manual and electronic material as requiredAssist the Quality Team as directed by the QC SupervisorVarious other duties as requested by managementQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, or an acceptable combination of education and experience1-3 years’ experience in Quality roleSkilled in utilizing MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Typing skills of 50 WPM or moreAbility to use office machines, photocopier, faxPersonable and ability to work well within a team environmentPrevious industrial experience is an assetWork well under pressureStrong multi-tasking abilities#LI-AK1
