Amanda & Amber Business Consulting (A&A;) is hiring an Intermediate HR Transformation (Change) Specialist. This client-facing, mostly remote role partners with clients to lead organizational transformation, assess impacts, and deliver adoption-focused plans. Occasional in-person meetings may occur in Calgary, with 15–20 hours weekly commitment.
You will blend change management with project management, support ERP/WMS/HRIS initiatives, and help drive successful outcomes for clients across Canada.
