Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end recruiting to fulfill client needs
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines actively
• Document recruitment processes accurately in internal systems




• Facilitate pre-employment onboarding sessions
• Measure recruitment ROI and recommend improvements

Requirements:
• Experience in Human Resources or related field
• Fast-paced recruiting experience, staffing industry preferred
• Proficiency in active sourcing and candidate communication
• Knowledge of employment standards is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
