As a key member of the studio leadership team, the Facilities Lead will oversee operational excellence through effective time management and prioritization. Your responsibilities will encompass all maintenance operations, daily cleaning, and equipment readiness, ensuring high-quality experiences for clients. Strong hospitality skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to uphold cleanliness standards
• Prepare studio areas before, during, and after classes




• Assist with fitness equipment repairs and maintenance
• Plan facilities projects and improvements in tandem with the General Manager

Requirements:
• Solid hospitality skills aligned with Barry’s values
• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling
• Experience or eagerness in facilities management
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to lift 30+ pounds
