Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Examine work pieces for defects and compliance with specifications
• Operate equipment according to safety policies and regulations




• Maintain records and prepare maintenance reports
• Communicate effectively with railroad personnel regarding tasks

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of welding experience in a heavy industrial setting
• Knowledge of Thermite Welding and rail work
• Certification by Contractor Orientation and e*Railsafe
• Experience managing a Welder Helper
