Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments for referred clients
• Develop actionable care plans with clients and families
• Provide solution-focused therapeutic interventions

• Perform ongoing risk assessments as required

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Two years clinical experience with complex cases
• Understanding of anti-racism and equity frameworks
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT
