Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor and evaluate care plan effectiveness

• Participate in strategic planning among leadership team
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a geriatric setting
• Completion of a nursing program with valid certification
• Robust clinical knowledge and mentoring ability
• Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
• Flexibility to work various shifts
