As a critical member of the Plating & Processing team, you’ll report directly to the Supervisor on the Weekend Night Shift. This role combines hands-on work with advanced techniques in S-Nickel plating and requires experience in tools and blueprints. You’ll also support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety protocols and PM schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform S-Nickel plating and masking of components
• Maintain tank chemistry and associated tools
• Follow PM schedules for proper tank maintenance
• Collaborate with team members on production priorities
• Ensure compliance with safety and PPE requirements

Requirements:
• High school diploma or Process Engineering degree
• 3-5 years of plating/processing experience
• Proficient in measuring equipment and tools
• Experience with blueprints and hand tools
• Eligible to work in Canada under ITAR conditions
