As part of a high-performing finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Manager of Financial Reporting. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and in-depth analysis. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial and operational data, contributing impactful insights and oversight to business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Partner with Hospital leadership on financial analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages




• Develop complex financial models for various scenarios
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger and compliance with guidelines

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• CPA designation required
• 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Familiarity with MIS Standards and Ontario Healthcare Reporting preferred
