Operating as an independent practitioner, this role focuses on assessing patients, designing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery. Emphasis is placed on manual therapy, pain management, and education to support physical rehabilitation through evidence-based techniques and electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide physical rehabilitation and apply manual therapy techniques
- Demonstrate therapeutic exercises and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on pain management and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques
- Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and pain management

Preferred Qualifications
