Adam O'Brien (founder / CEO of publicly traded Bitcoin company) is looking for a part-time Content Assistant in Kelowna to support his personal brand across social media, video, podcasting, and live content.

This role is ideal for someone young, hungry, creative, and highly online who wants hands-on experience building a founder-led brand. You'll work directly with Adam to capture, edit, and publish content across platforms like X, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and podcasts.

The role is primarily focused on filming and light content production. You'll follow Adam during content sessions, streams, meetings, and day-to-day moments, then help turn that raw material into social content.

Responsibilities

• Film Adam during IRL streams, podcast sessions, content days, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Capture short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and other platforms

• Support light video editing, clipping, and formatting for social media

• Help post and manage Instagram Stories, Reels, and other day-to-day content

• Assist with YouTube, Twitch, podcast, X, and Instagram content workflows

• Organize raw footage, clips, ideas, and content assets

• Help identify moments worth turning into posts, clips, or stories

• Stay current on social media trends, editing tools, and AI tools that can improve content production

• Work directly with Adam on content ideas, filming, and execution

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days, we have a transparent,



repeatable content structure where you can reliably capture Adam's day-to-day content, support IRL stream/podcast filming, and help turn raw footage into posts, clips, reels, and stories across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Based in Kelowna and available to work in person

• Comfortable filming someone in real time and capturing candid moments

• Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok-style short-form video

• Basic editing ability using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, or similar

• Organized, reliable, and able to move quickly

• Willing to learn new tools, including AI tools for content creation

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO

Nice to Have

• Interest in bitcoin, entrepreneurship, faith, family, media, or personal brand building

• Experience creating short-form video content

• Experience with live-streaming, YouTube, podcasts, or creator workflows

• A good eye for moments that would make strong social content

• Values-aligned and genuinely bought into the mission

Role Details

• Part-time (15 hours/week to start)

• In-person in Kelowna, BC

• Reports and works directly with Adam O'Brien

• Starting at $25/hour, with room to grow
