Based out of the Nanaimo office, you'll lead complex infrastructure projects, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery from start to finish.Must HavesMinimum 5 years of project management experience in the contracting industry (excluding oil and gas)Hands-on background in the trades with strong knowledge of field production environmentsProven track record managing electrical construction projects in transmission, distribution, or energy generationDemonstrated ability to manage and maintain detailed project schedules using industry toolsStrong skills in contract administration including drafting, review, and negotiationReal-time cost control and revenue management experienceExcellent leadership and communication skills, particularly under challenging conditionsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint)Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as requiredBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field,
