analyzes, and distributes monthly budget monitoring reportsCarries out month-end and year-end financial analysesPrepares audit filesParticipates in the development and application of accounting standards and procedures and ensures complianceMay be called upon to conduct research or to provide advice on the application of budgetary rules, laws, and regulationsProvides advise to the school-based stakeholdersProvides advice and support to the management staff of services and educational institutions and plans, coordinates, distributes, and oversees work of support staffQualifications requiredA bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialty, notably in accountingThree years of relevant experienceMember of the Chartered Skilled Accountants (CPA) and have experience in the public and para-governmental sector would be assets.Other requirementsFluent in French and EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindsetPriority management and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to analyze and synthesize dataHave access to a vehicle to travel within the ETSB territoryAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
