This role emphasizes personal and social counselling, community engagement, and inclusive educational guidance. With a focus on students’ social and emotional development, you'll become integral to fostering a safe and supportive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a nurturing environment for open student communication
• Offer personal and social counselling to students and families
• Facilitate collaboration with community agencies and schools




• Support academic development through individualized learning plans
• Provide life skills instruction, including conflict resolution

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of school counselling experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and teachings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to creating a culturally protected environment
