This role is integral for supporting children aged 0-12 in various early learning programs across Family Day’s network. You will assist in the implementation of the High/Scope® curriculum and The Hanen Learning Language and Loving It™ Program. Your experience will be vital in planning activities, assessing progress, and fostering individual growth while ensuring a safe and engaging space for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of educational approaches in programs
• Assist with planning reflecting children's interests




• Participate in evaluations of activities and progress
• Provide individualized support for special needs
• Communicate respectfully with families and colleagues

Requirements:
• Experience in childcare or educational settings
• Knowledge of early learning best practices
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Medical and police checks must be current
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
