Candidates for this post are appointed to develop a rapport to understand and be responsive to credit union client needs.
They’re also appointed to assist others in the area by mentoring and providing a level of expertise to build stronger relationships and generate credit union business.
Candidates are required at this post for forecasting, financial and demand analysis, negotiation, pricing and distribution recommendations and a solid understanding of product knowledge.
They’re also appointed to understand the products of balance sheet management, and the trust market and its impacts on the credit union system.
Job requirement Candidates must attain the ability to provide effective sales organization design to be eligible for this post.
They must attain a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in sales and sales management to be eligible for this post.
They must attain dedicated working experience in leading changes in a direct sales force.
Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics are preferred for this post.
Work setting They must attain dedicated experience in working with a pricing function, leading cross-functional efforts and financial management experience.
