CLIC is seeking a Disability Case Manager II in a hybrid role to manage complex disability claims and support client rehabilitation. You will actively influence outcomes and minimize claim durations through your case management expertise.
This full-time position focuses on assessing eligibility for disability perks, developing case management plans, and communicating with various stakeholders including claimants and healthcare providers. You will utilize critical thinking while reviewing documentation, interviewing claimants and employers, and ensuring compliance with rehabilitation interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage early intervention and complex disability claims
• Interview claimants and employers to gather necessary information
• Develop case management plans to minimize disability periods
• Initiate assessments like independent medical examinations
• Maintain clear communication with all claim-related parties
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience in disability management
• ALHC designation preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction
