Your responsibilities include engaging with families, managing staff, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment aligned with a Métis-specific curriculum. To be successful, a solid foundation in Early Childhood Education is essential along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily center operations including budgeting and scheduling
• Foster positive staff relations and manage team dynamics




• Ensure implementation of the Métis Curriculum in learning activities
• Collaborate with MN-S Childcare Coordinator for reports
• Build solid relationships with families for excellent communication

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification
• 2 years of supervisory experience with teams
• Knowledge of Métis culture is an asset
• CPR-C and First Aid certification
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license required
