The successful candidate will assist in accounts receivable and payable, create monthly reports, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of property accounting including AR/AP
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and explain variances
• Assist with year-end audited financial statements




• Communicate financial insights to Property Managers
• Handle monthly society/corporate accounting chargebacks

Requirements:
• Experience as a Property Accountant or similar role
• CPA designation or in progress is an asset
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in non-profits a plus
