Key Responsibilities:
• Process contributions, withdrawals, and transfers for pension clients
• Generate regular and ad hoc client reports
• Address inquiries from plan members and clients
• Update and audit information in proprietary software




• Liaise with consultants and investment managers regarding DC plans

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in a related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in a client-focused pension role
• Understanding of pension and tax legislation
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual English and French skills are an asset
