About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated, process driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and client-focused Talent Acquisition Operations team on a 12 month contract.

As a member of the Talent Acquisitions Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Assistant will work both independently as well as closely with our team, partnering directly with the TA Delivery and TA Strategy teams. In this role you will support day to day TA process requirements, manage interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding of new starters, and everything in between. Your Responsibilities:





Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process

Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates

Manage all aspects of high-volume interview scheduling across the team and be proficient in balancing multiple requests and priorities

Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, and manage all new starter communications up to their first day

Provide and maintain necessary, timely, and accurate data to ensure seamless processes and experiences

Manage a high volume of inquiries in team’s shared mailbox

Provide accurate, complete and timely responses on a variety of inquiries to Applicants, Suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other Stakeholders

Process and monitor background checks for all new hires

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in operations, coordination and/or logistics support

At least 1 year of Administrative experience

At least 1 year of Process Management experience

At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Forms)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Background in Human Resources or Recruitment

Project Management experience

The expected annual salary range for this position is $66,700 -$76,100.
