At Aviso, we're searching for a Senior Manager to join our People & Culture team. This position directly collaborates with the Director and focuses on elevating talent management initiatives from onboarding through career development. Ensure effective leadership through continuous talent assessment and data integration into our systems, particularly Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an in-house consultant to HR Business Partners
• Develop leadership competency frameworks and strategic planning
• Analyze talent metrics and foster internal mobility
• Design career development pathways for employees
• Lead enterprise-wide leadership programs and initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in talent management or organizational development
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in financial services
• Strong consulting and program management skills
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
• Proven ability to build credibility with senior leaders
