This Associate Director position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong leadership in delivering consolidated financial results and managing integration of new acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consolidated financial results quarterly
• Review schedules for financial disclosures
• Correspond with portfolio companies on financial closes




• Maintain internal control documentation
• Lead integration of new assets into the reporting framework

Requirements:
• Professional Accounting designation required
• Minimum eight years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP
