Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, User Experience, or similar fields.

GPA above 3.4.

Skills and Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in web project management.

Exceptional customer service skills in any industry.

Previous experience in an advertising/marketing agency.

Expertise in setting and communicating project priorities.





Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX.

Proficient in Excel/Google Docs and presentation skills.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include:

Being the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them with industry best practices.

Managing multiple web projects to exceed client expectations.

Overseeing website design, development, and implementation.

Ensuring high client satisfaction to maintain our client retention rate.

Outlining project specifications and schedules.

Conducting quality tests for website builds.
