SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Primary duty of Welder B is the maintenance and repair/rebuilding of the railcars. Primary responsibilities include:Car repairs involving cutting and welding on the metal jacket and other car componentsTruck assembly, gauging and replacement of parts and wear components• Reading, comprehending, and following repair orders and procedures • Adhering to health and safety standards, including Responsible Care policyAdditional related duties as assigned Skills/Requirements:Legally entitled to work in CanadaMinimum 2-3 years of welding experienceAble to pass entry level test in 3-position Flux core (FCAW), 2F, 3FD, 4F, using 11-gauge materialComprehension of welding and cutting equipment in order to adjust for procedural needs,
