Marketing Specialist – Wesko Locks

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing programs, communications, and brand assets that drive our business forward. The person in this role will collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure accurate, consistent messaging and a strong market presence.

This position reports to the General Manager and is based on‑site in Mississauga, Ontario.

What will you be doing

Develop, implement, and maintain Wesko’s website and social media presence in alignment with corporate standards

Create and maintain core marketing materials including brochures, presentations, templates, and other brand assets

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Support product launches and promotional activities aligned with business priorities

Translate technical product information into clear, customer‑facing messaging

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and platforms

Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and external vendors

Analyze market trends and report on marketing performance

Support trade shows, customer events, and industry activities

Maintain knowledge of Wesko products and markets

Perform additional duties as required

What are we looking for





3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications (B2B/manufacturing an asset)

Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Experience managing website/content

Familiarity with email platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems is an asset

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Additional Requirements

Legally eligible to work in Canada

Occasional travel (5–10%) may be required

Compensation
This posting is to fill a vacant role. Compensation for this role is $60,000– $75,000 per year (based on experience). We may use technology‑assisted or automated tools to support parts of the recruitment process; all hiring decisions are made by our team.
