Role : L1 Service Desk Support
Location: Regina, Canada (Onsite)
Experience :4+ Years
Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)Hands-on experience supporting M365 and troubleshooting end-user issuesEntra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Outlook troubleshooting, MFA support
Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues
Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities
Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues
Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation
