ComPsych is seeking licensed clinicians to join its EAP Provider Network. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, solution-focused counseling to employees and their eligible household members. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of clinical experience and a master’s degree in a related behavioral health field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term, in-person EAP counseling services
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients navigating workplace stress and personal challenges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case management
• Comply with ethical guidelines and scope-of-practice
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Minimum three years of clinical experience
• Highest-level skilled accreditation or registration
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
• Up-to-date resume or CV required
