Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project safety initiatives and team leadership
• Oversee project integration and coordination




• Monitor contractor work planning and performance
• Manage stage-gate processes for project phases
• Facilitate critical reviews and action management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Geology
• 15+ years in major mining or industrial projects
• PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred
• Advanced project management training desirable
• Broad knowledge of underground mine development processes
