Role Summary
The Manager, Broker Partnerships is responsible for executing iQ’s broker engagement strategy and driving consistent, high-quality broker-sourced opportunities into the sales pipeline.
This is a front-line, relationship-driven role focused on:
Building andmaintainingbroker relationships
Driving consistent outreach and engagement activity
KeepingiQtop of mind across broker networks
This role does not own deal execution, pricing, or closing. Instead, it is responsible for driving consistent broker outreach and engagement, building strong relationships, and generating qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
1. Broker Prospecting & Relationship Building
Identify and outreach to net-new brokers across all iQ markets
Build initial relationships through:
In-person meetings
Calls and targeted outreach
Introduce brokers to:
iQ’s value proposition
Ideal client profiles
When and how to engage iQ
Ensure all broker contacts are properly captured and staged in HubSpot
2. Broker Engagement & Activation
Maintain consistent engagement cadence with brokers through:
Meetings
Office visits
Brokerage presentations
Move brokers through structured stages:
Cold - Warm - Hot
Reactivate dormant brokers and increase referral frequency
Keep brokers informed of:
Market availability
Relevant inventory
Commission opportunities
3. Broker-Sourced Lead Generation
Act as an intake point for broker-generated opportunities where applicable
Ensure all opportunities are:
Qualified at a high level
Properly documented
Transitioned cleanly to the Sales team
Maintain strong communicationwith Sales to ensure alignment on lead quality
4. Broker Program Execution
Support the execution of the iQ Broker Program, including:
Broker events and networking initiatives
Targeted outreach campaigns
Market visits across regions
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute broker-facing materials and initiatives, including:
Presentations and pitch materials
Broker drop campaigns
Event collateral and giveaways
Ongoing assets to support broker engagement
Provide feedback to the Director, Sales & Marketing on:
What is resonating with brokers
Gaps in messaging or positioning
Opportunities to improve engagement strategy
5. CRM Discipline & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot including:
Broker contacts
Engagement activity
Broker status (Cold / Warm /Hot)
Track:
Outreach activity
Lead generation
Conversion trends
Provide weekly visibility into broker pipeline activity
6. Sales Team Support
Provide coverage for the Regional Account Manager role as needed during periods of absence or increased business demand by:
Qualifying inbound sales opportunities
Conducting tours and discovery meetings
Preparing proposals and pricing options
Managing opportunities through the sales process and closing deals
Maintain a strong understanding of iQ's products, pricing, and sales processes to ensure seamless support to the Sales team.
Skills & Qualifications
1-4years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Hospitality, B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer success, with a robust focus on execution, follow-through, and client service.
Experience or an interest in coworking, commercial real estate, or related industriesnotrequiredbut considered an asset.
Comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and developing new business relationships
Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with the ability tomaintainconsistent outreach and engagement
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and document management tools
Occasional travel within and outside assigned regions as required
Performance Metrics & Success
Success in this role is measured by the ability to build strong broker relationships, maintain consistent engagement, and generate qualified broker-sourced opportunities for the Sales team. Performance indicators include outreach activity, pipeline progression, engagement growth, and contribution to overall revenue goals.
