Role Description The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for transforming complex health care and operational data into actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring, and conducting statistical analyses to assess trends and outcomes. The role involves designing and maintaining data models, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to understand information needs, and presenting findings in clear, accessible formats to support decision-making. The Senior Data Analyst also contributes to data governance, supports continuous improvement initiatives,



and recommends data-driven strategies to enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Solid analytical skills and experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis methods to evaluate trends, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
Experience with data modeling, including designing, implementing, and maintaining data structures for reporting and analysis.
Effective communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced skills with data and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and visualization tools).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an asset.
Experience working with health care or public sector data is an advantage, including familiarity with privacy and security requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
