As part of Electric Mind's growing Technology Practice, you will lead AI Enablement Bootcamps, coaching practitioners to adopt new methodologies and apply them in real-world scenarios. This role requires robust instructional skills and experience with AI development tools to facilitate effective learning. You’ll assess learner progress, manage training effectiveness, and adapt materials to ensure relevance and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver AI Enablement Bootcamps in-person and virtually
• Facilitate hands-on sessions with AI tools




• Assess learner readiness and provide coaching support
• Track training metrics and report outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training programs

Requirements:
• Strong facilitation and instructional design experience
• Knowledge of AI SDLC practices and tools
• Proven coaching and change management skills
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience adapting training content to various platforms
