Our client, a leading manufacturer with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement, is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist to join their team in the London area.

Job Title: Health Safety & Environmental

Location: London ON

Key Requirements

A minimum of three years' experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industries.

Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental studies (degree or diploma).

In-depth knowledge of OHSA, WSIA, ESA, and environmental legislation.

Experience with ISO14001 standards and sustainability reporting.

Ability to work effectively in both office and manufacturing environments.

Willingness to work flexible hours,



including occasional after-hours for incidents or investigations.

Responsibilities

Develop and uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability policies and procedures.

Oversee both internal and external audits to ensure adherence to legal and corporate standards.

Investigate incidents and implement timely corrective actions.

Perform risk assessments and assist in evaluating recent processes.
