Key Responsibilities:
• Direct building and grounds maintenance operations
• Supervise local water systems and power generators

• Oversee hiring and evaluating maintenance staff

Requirements:
• Four years in facilities or construction management
• Experience supervising staff operations and maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree can substitute for one year of experience
• Familiarity with public water systems preferred
• Relevant licenses as a Master Electrician or Plumber desirable
