Dialogue is on the lookout for licensed professionals ready to join our EAP network. You will receive client referrals tailored to your area of expertise, although the number of referrals isn't guaranteed. This role focuses on delivering consultations that empower clients and facilitate their mental health journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive client case referrals tailored to your practice area
• Provide short-term, solution-focused consultations
• Assist clients in overcoming personal challenges
• Create a safe,
judgment-free space for discussions
• Help clients with external resources when needed
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in counseling or related fields
• Professional license and valid insurance required
• Access to an office in Canada for in-person sessions
• Interest in short-term counseling practices
• Experience with coaching services for individuals
