Elevate your accounting career with The Royal Conservatory in Toronto. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on reconciliations, reporting, and analysis for financial operations.

As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll report to the Manager of Systems and Financial Operations. You will engage in various accounting processes and responsibilities, including managing accounts receivables, inventories, and revenue for performance arts and e-commerce. Strong analytical and data-entry skills will be used for accurate reporting and financial reconciliations each month.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly reconciliations and support schedules
• Analyze financial data from Spektrix and Microsoft Business Central
• Collaborate with Performance Arts Division on billing processes




• Record and reconcile revenue, costs, A/P, and A/R
• Participate in budget preparation and forecasting efforts

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Solid analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
